A Thai herbal compress massage uses steamed bundles of organic healing herbs — traditionally lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime and other Southeast Asian botanicals — pressed and rolled rhythmically across the body. The heat and healing compounds of the herbs penetrate deeply to relieve muscle ache and inflammation, improve circulation, restore energy flow and leave the skin glowing. Our herbal compresses are crafted using traditional recipes and organic herbs.

What is the difference between hot stone massage and volcanic stone massage?

Our Earth Healing treatment (2 hours, $300) uses heated basalt stones placed on the body and used in massage strokes to melt deep tension and warm tired muscles. OurAkkani Volcanic Stone Massage (90 min, $205) uses the unique mineral properties of volcanic stones to create a profound sense of energetic harmony and balance throughout the body and mind. Both use certified organic oils and are deeply restorative experiences.

What is a Thai foot ritual?

The Thai foot ritual is a traditional healing practice drawing on the principles of Thai reflexology — the belief that the feet contain reflex points connected to every organ and system in the body. The treatment involves therapeutic foot soaking, deep pressure techniques across the feet, ankles and lower legs, and calming massage. Our Signature Thai Foot Ritual (1 hour, $160) blends these ancient healing traditions with modern spa indulgence for full-body rejuvenation through the feet.

What is the best treatment for tired, aching muscles?

For muscle recovery and relief from tension, we recommend our Prani Glow Signature Massage with Thai Herbal Compress (90 min, $195 or $210 depending on category) or the Earth Healing hot stone massage package (2 hours, $300). You can also add a Deep Release Massage Upgrade ($25) to any treatment for deeper therapeutic pressure. Your therapist will always check your pressure preference at the start of your session.

How long are day spa treatments at Prani Glow?

Treatments range from 45 minutes (CrystalGlowTM Facial) to 3 hours (Paradise of Touch). Most day spa packages run between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. If you have a specific time window, our team can help you choose the right treatment or combination of treatments and add-ons.

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

No special preparation is needed. We provide all towels, robes and products for your treatment. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to complete a brief consultation form and settle into the space before your treatment begins. Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand and wear or bring comfortable, loose clothing for your journey home.
