quinoa porridge

Do you have left over cooked quinoa and not know what to do with it? This quinoa and oat porridge is the perfect solution!

Ingredients (use organic where possible):
– 2 tbsp whole oats
– 3 tbsp cooked quinoa
– 3/4 cup coconut milk
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– Banana
– Fresh strawberries
Method: Place all ingredients except for the fruit in a saucepan. Cook on low to medium heat until oats are cooked and a porridge consistency is reached. Serve with banana and strawberries.
