Our appointments fill up quickly, hence please book your treatment in advance to ensure you will get an appointment time that best suits you.
Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, credit card payments or money transfer accepted. For bookings made within 48 hours of treatment date will require a full payment upfront.
Don’t want to give credit cards details over the phone? No problem. There is EFT option. The payment will be required within 24 hours after the booking has been made.
Payment of your booking is deemed to be acknowledgement of our booking and cancellation policies.

We understand that schedules do change, however we ask that you please give us a 7 day notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations advised more than 7 days prior to your treatment during COVID-19 outbreak will be issued a credit note to the value of deposit paid and it will be valid for 24 months. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled treatment with a proof of Covid-19 test ( a proof from a medical professional to advise that you’ve been tested for COVID- 19 , awaiting test result and positive test result) will also be issued a credit note to the value of deposit paid valid for 24 months. The credit note can be redeemed in a single booking only.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled treatment will incur the loss of your deposit this includes being a close contact to a covid-19 positive case. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours or “No Shows” will be charged the full booked treatment cost.
When booking your treatments, please quote ‘Gift Vouchers’ number. Please ensure that your gift voucher is presented upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatments if you arrive without your gift voucher.
Guests are asked to protect Gift Vouchers and treat as if cash, if lost, anyone can redeem the value. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Voucher is valid for the period of time indicated on the card itself. This will not exceed 12 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.
When you use the Prani Glow Day spa Gift Voucher, it is intended for single use only on a single order/ booking. Change will not be given. The voucher/ certificate must be redeemed within 12 months.
Should you need to extend the validity of your gift voucher beyond the normal 12 months, reinstatement fees apply: 6 month extension – $35 per person; 12 month extension – $50 per person.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be topped up.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Voucher can be used for one recipient per certificate.
If a payment issue arises after the purchase and issue of a gift voucher, Prani Glow Day spa reserves the right to cancel the set value on the gift voucher.
It is requested client to arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment so that you have time to wind down and fill out the client form.
We will always endeavour to accommodate all guests where possible, however arriving late for your appointment may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment.
If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Your treatment time starts when you enter the treatment room.
Schedule permitting, it is possible to extend the length of your Treatment. We will do our best to accommodate any time extensions, please try to give us as much notice as possible. Difference in cost of treatment will be charged.
However, decreases in length of treatment will be charged as per the original booking.
Prani Glow Day Spa will not put staff or clients at risk, if there is a bush fire threat with evacuation advised by local CFA we will cancel your booking and refund any deposit paid.
We do understand Clients may feel uneasy and cancel 24 hours or more prior to treatments and prior to any CFA evacuation notices being issued will be charged in full and a gift certificate to the equivalent value will be issued. This will be valid for 6 months.
Prani Glow Day Spa is a peaceful sanctuary to help you unwind, relax and recharge. Before you enter the spa, mobile phones and electronic devices are to be switched off. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the relaxation and privacy of other guests. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
To help maintain a peaceful environment the minimum age requirement is 16 years of age.
Some spa services may not be recommended with certain health conditions, it is therefore always recommended that you advise our staff of any health concerns when booking your treatment. You will also be asked to fill out a confidential consultation form prior to all treatments to ensure they are suitable for you.
If you are pregnant please advise us at the time of booking so that we can recommend the most suitable treatments for you.
It is not recommended that you consume alcohol prior to or during spa treatments. It is equally important that you drink plenty of water during and after your visit to help achieve the best possible benefit from your treatments.
Please let your therapist know immediately if you are feeling uncomfortable. Our therapists want to ensure that you get the maximum benefit and relaxation from your treatments so please advise them if you would like them to alter the massage pressure, the room temperature, or are uncomfortable for any reason.
