What is Prani Glow Day Spa?
Prani Glow Day Spa is a boutique Thai-inspired day spa nestled in Musk, in the heart of the Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and Trentham region of Victoria. Founded in 2013 by Mannie — a qualified Thai-Javanese wellness therapist — Prani Glow was built on a deep love for Southeast Asian herbal healing, traditional massage wisdom, and genuine client care. Every treatment uses 100% certified organic, veganfriendly and cruelty-free products, and all water for treatments and drinking is drawn directly from the Hepburn aquifers on our property.
What makes Prani Glow different from other day spas in Daylesford?
Prani Glow is the only Thai-inspired boutique day spa in the Daylesford and Hepburn Springs region. Our founder Mannie brings over a decade of hands-on expertise in traditional Thai and Javanese healing, Southeast Asian herbal medicine, lymphatic drainage, facial cupping, Gua Sha, Thai herbal compress therapy and traditional postnatal treatments. We travel to Asia annually to deepen our knowledge of medicinal herbs and healing traditions. Our treatments are not trends or imitations — they come from a living lineage of knowledge, practiced with genuine care.
Where is Prani Glow Day Spa located?
We are located at 606 Daylesford-Trentham Rd, Musk, Victoria — a serene, private setting surrounded by the natural landscape of the Daylesford region, approximately 1.5 hours from Melbourne. It is the perfect destination for a day trip or weekend wellness escape.
What are your opening hours?
Prani Glow is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm, by appointment only. We are closed on Wednesdays. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Are your products organic and vegan?
Yes. Every product used in our treatments is 100% certified organic, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Our signature products are crafted from natural ingredients sourced from small suppliers and social enterprises. They contain no harmful chemicals and are never tested on animals. Our spring mineral water is drawn directly from the Hepburn aquifers on the property.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
