Make a payment
Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, credit card payments or money transfer accepted. For bookings made within 48 hours of treatment date will required a full payment upfront.
Don’t want to give credit cards details over the phone?: No problem. Full payment is required to secure a booking online, and we will email a link to our secure online store. The payment will be required within 24 hours after the booking has been made.
Payment option : Each member makes a full payment online or by credit card over the phone. If pay online is your preferred option, please give us your individual email address and we will email a link to our secure online store.
We understand that schedules do change, however we ask that you please give us 7 day notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations advised more than 7 days prior to your treatment during COVID-19 outbreak will be issued a gift certificate to the value of deposit paid and it will be valid for 12 months. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled treatment with a proof of Covid-19 test ( a proof from a medical professional to advise that you’ve been tested for COVID- 19 and waiting for a test result) will be issued a gift certificate to the value of deposit paid and it will be valid for 12 months.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled treatment will incur the loss of your 50% deposit. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours or “No Shows” will be charged the full booked treatment cost.
For all current bookings ( from 1- 29 July 2020) who reside in the restricted postcodes, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for any alterations and cancellations to your booking. You will be issued a gift voucher to the value of your deposit, valid for 12 months. If you fail to advise us before the 7 day notice, you will forfeit your 50% deposit and your booking will be cancelled. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours or are a No Show, you will be charged the full booked treatment cost.
Those who have made a booking and fall short of the 7 days from the day of the State government announcement has been made (30 June 2020). Please be assured that you will be exempted from forfeiting your deposit and will be issued a gift voucher once you have notified us in writing with proof that you reside in one of the restricted postcodes. We advise that you do this within 7 days from receiving this message to avoid any complications.
Alteration of treatment time
Schedule permitting, it is possible to extend the length of your booking. We will do our best to accommodate any time extensions, please try to give us as much notice as possible. However, decreases in length of booking carry the same conditions as cancellations for the cost of the time decreased
Bush Fire Cancellations
Prani Glow Day Spa will not put any of its staff or clients at risk, if there is a real bush fire threat where we are told to evacuate the area we will cancel your booking and there will be no charge.
We do understand and Clients who feel uneasy and cancel 24 hours or more prior to treatments and prior to any CFA evacuation notices being issued will be charged in full and a gift certificate to the equivalent value will be issued. This will be valid for 6 months.
When booking your treatments, please quote ‘gift certificate’ number. Please ensure that your gift voucher is presented upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatments if you arrive without your gift voucher.
Guests are asked to protect Gift Certificates and treat as if cash, if lost, anyone can redeem the value. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Certificate is valid for the period of time indicated on the card itself. This will not exceed 6 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.
When you use the Prani Glow Day spa Gift Certificate, it is intended for single use only on a single order. Change will not be given. The voucher/ certificate must be redeemed within 6 months.
Should you need to extend the validity of your gift certificate beyond the normal 6 months, reinstatement fees apply: 6 month extension – $25 per person; 12 month extension – $50 per person.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Certificate is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be topped up.
The Prani Glow Day spa Gift Certificate can be used for one recipient per certificate.
If a payment issue arises after the purchase and issue of a gift card, Prani Glow Day spa reserves the right to cancel the set value on the gift card.
It is requested client to arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment so that you have time to wind down and fill out the client form.
We will always endeavour to accommodate all guests where possible, however arriving late for your appointment may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment.
If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Prani Glow Day Spa is a peaceful sanctuary to help you unwind, relax and recharge. Before you enter the spa, mobile phones and electronic devices are to be switched off. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the relaxation and privacy of other guests. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
To help maintain a peaceful environment the minimum age requirement is 16 years of age.
Some spa services may not be recommended with certain health conditions, it is therefore always recommended that you advise our staff of any health concerns when booking your treatment. You will also be asked to fill out a confidential consultation form prior to all treatments to ensure they are suitable for you.
If you are pregnant please advise us at the time of booking so that we can recommend the most suitable treatments for you.
It is not recommended that you consume alcohol prior to or during spa treatments. It is equally important that you drink plenty of water during and after your visit to help achieve the best possible benefit from your treatments.
Please let your therapist know immediately if you are feeling uncomfortable. Our therapists want to ensure that you get the maximum benefit and relaxation from your treatments so please advise them if you would like them to alter the massage pressure, the room temperature, or are uncomfortable for any reason.
